Our fees include "the human part," meaning our work in developing your wedding decoration. Then, the price of each decoration item purchased or rented, the flowers, and the delivery/pickup costs, setup/takedown depending on the decoration volume and the logistical constraints of your venue will be added.

Or maybe you got it all (phew) but still have some questions on your mind. We might just have the answers.
Wedding styling is more than just pretty flowers. It's a comprehensive vision of your wedding decor, an aesthetic direction crafted down to the finest detail, from the moodboard to the final setup.
All of that is written at the top of this page! Oh, you’re the type who loves details? Alright, alright, let us share our magic formula. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo... Here are the steps of our creative process:
- Step 1: The ultra-detailed questionnaire. You fill out a super thorough decor questionnaire, approved by the prestigious academy of “Decor-nization” (okay, we just made that up, but it sounds good, right?). It helps us understand your tastes, your vibe, and what makes your heart flutter.
- Step 2: Moodboard and styling. We analyze your answers and, after a few creative spells (and a lot of work), we create a trend board/moodboard/inspiration board – call it what you like. You’ll see several options for each key decor element, from the overall feel (like ceremony arches) down to the tiniest detail. Yes, even how your rings will be presented!
- Step 3: Shopping list for a well-managed budget. Because a budget needs keeping in check (unless you’re planning a royal wedding), we create a budget tracker lovingly called the shopping list (because “budget spreadsheet of doom” wasn’t as fun). After you approve it, we handle the purchases, rentals, and custom creations.
- Step 4: Setup and takedown. The day before or on the wedding day (depending on logistics), we arrive with our team, tools, and sharp eye for detail to bring the vision to life. The next day, we come back and pack everything up like we were never there! Setup and takedown costs are included in the shopping list. No surprises here – they depend on the time, volume of decor, and team size needed.
No fixed catalog or ready-made decor here! Every scene is tailor-made to suit your style, preferences, and budget. Your wedding, your world. Just like with your wedding planning vendors, we won’t impose anything. We’re here to advise, inspire, and bring a decor vision that is 100% you!
Wondering how much to allocate for wedding decor? Here are some guidelines...
Numbers vary, of course, but for a 100-guest wedding with a ceremony and seated dinner, the decor budget starts around €5,000. This includes floral decor, stationery, rental/purchase of props and settings, setup, and teardown.
Every wedding is unique! Final budget depends on number of guests, floral choices, custom design elements, setup complexity, and all those little touches that make your celebration one-of-a-kind.
Yes! You can absolutely hire us for wedding styling even if you already have your florist. We’ll work hand-in-hand to create a cohesive floral look that fits your overall styling vision.

Think of our website like a bakery window: a glimpse, but there’s always something new baking in the back!
