You’ve booked all your vendors — well done!
But on the big day, you can’t be everywhere, we’ve got it covered for you.
weddings
Three months before the big day, we do a full check-in. Any last-minute gaps? Details to fine-tune? Don’t worry — we’re here to go over everything with a fine-tooth comb. It’s also the perfect time for us to reach out to your vendors and introduce ourselves, so they know we’ll be around on the big day, ready to answer any logistical questions they might have.
It’s an online document — super detailed — kind of like a script for your day, with all the key information. We virtually walk through every moment of the wedding, then share it with all your vendors. It’s our go-to on the big day, our guiding light, and the ultimate answer to every question: “It’s on the timeline.”
Two wedding planners on deck — from the prep to the moment the DJ drops “September” from Earth, Wind & Fire (around midnight). We usually sneak out before the party gets crazy. Honestly, by then, you’re totally in the zone and don’t need us anymore. Mission accomplished — time for you to shine on the dancefloor!
For 12 hours — sometimes even more — your wedding planners are right there on-site, so you can switch your brain off and fully enjoy the day you’ve been planning for months.
We brief the team based on any last-minute changes (there are always a few!) and do a final check of all the spaces.
Making sure each key moment flows smoothly while still allowing space for spontaneity.
The right number of chairs for the ceremony, proper setup, respecting the seating chart, and even the lighting — everything has to be just right.
Setting up all the little details (photobooth, stationery, guestbook, etc.) and repurposing flowers or other decorative elements throughout the day to make the most of them.
...for you and your guests, and handling any unexpected surprises (we can’t do much about the weather, except for the daily sun dance, which starts mid-February).
We get in touch with your BF4Es (best friends for ever) to plan the surprise activities of the day and inform the DJ and caterer about what’s coming up.
If we had to choose just one service, it would be this one. In 2016, Jen got married and hired a wedding planner to coordinate her wedding so we could both enjoy the day.
Spoiler alert: we do it better 🫢
Day-of coordination is THE service we recommend first and foremost as wedding planners. You can always find all your vendors on your own, manage the pl, the hiccups, and the stress. But on the big day, even if you have a twin, you want everyone to enjoy the celebration. Most importantly, you don’t want any guest (or worse, a loved one!) to bear the pressure of managing everything behind the scenes instead of savoring this one-of-a-kind day.
The day-of coordination service includes the presence of two wedding planners for 12 hours.
If you need us to be present the day before or stay for the brunch, we can add extra hours, but it will be an additional cost.
If it’s a venue we’re not familiar with and it’s within a reasonable distance from our location, yes.
If you combine coordination with a decoration support service, then yes, a visit is absolutely necessary!
If your venue is too far away or we don’t have time to visit (for late-stage coordination), no worries, as more and more venues have detailed floor plans, and you’ve likely taken photos and videos that we can use.
Nice try! But no...
You can tell us that you’re hesitating between two vendors and ask if we know them. We’ll be happy to share our experience with them. However, we cannot review your quotes, contracts, or negotiate on your behalf with the vendors.
That’s a great idea. I also suggest you let Jean-Patrick handle the photos, he did a great job at Catherine’s farewell party. And do you know Jacky? He hosted the carnival party at the end-of-year event at my mother’s niece’s school. It was amazing. Don’t hesitate to ask Philippe Etchebouse for the dinner, he made a giant paella back in 1992 for the great aunt of my cousin, and people still talk about it.
Don’t get us wrong, we love your mother-in-law, and she’ll be perfect at the wedding planner critic role. And we know that at the end of the day, she’ll give us a big kiss and tell us we did a wonderful job. We’d be happy to hear that, Brigitte, glad you enjoyed the day.
This part is clearly untranslatable, but we chose to keep it for the english version of our website because it's part of our philosophy: amazing weddings and fun during the planning!
We send our regards to Jean-Patrick, Catherine (or Cathy for the close ones), Jacky, Philippe Etchebouse who really does great paellas, and Brigitte of course.
