Need a little help organizing your dream birthday party? No time, no motivation—but is this service really for you? Please, we beg you, read this FAQ before contacting us. There's a good chance your question is already answered here!
This is the first question you should ask when planning your event. For birthday evenings in Paris or weekend celebrations in the Paris region, we charge a fee because we don’t mark up any services. You pay your venue, caterer, DJ, and other providers directly.
Our fees depend on your requests, with a minimum of €950 for Parisian evenings and €1250 for full weekends. If your request is very specific or requires extensive research (e.g., a highly sought-after weekend, special theme, original entertainment, large number of guests), our fees may increase accordingly.
As for the budget for services (venue, food, drinks, entertainment, decoration, etc.), it varies a lot but should remain consistent with our fees. For example, if your total budget is €2000 and our minimum fee is €950, you’d be spending nearly 50% of your budget on an event planner. Not a good deal, Kevin.
For 50 guests, including a small boat rental, cocktail dinner with drinks, a DJ, and a photo booth, you’re looking at about €8000 excluding our planning fee.
Once you confirm our service and sign the contract, we start planning with a "briefing and brainstorming" meeting. Just a fancy way of saying we sit down together and figure out what fits your personality and desires.
We start with the venue search, giving you several options with prices and services. If you’d like, we can arrange site visits.
Once the venue and date are confirmed, we move on to the other providers, following the same process. We take your brief, do the research, and present our top picks (usually 3–5 options). You give feedback, and if nothing works, we revisit the brief. Otherwise, we’re good to go!
We have no exclusive partnerships, no markups, and no commissions. That means we suggest providers based on your project—not based on what earns us more money. You pay them directly. Everyone wins. Especially you, which is what matters most!
Send us your request along with the theme, your wishes, and preferred colors. We’ll prepare a full quote including delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup. We create backdrops, floral or balloon decorations, and we work with several partners for entertainment and sweet treats if you’d like to bundle everything with us.
Yes, we’re always on the lookout for new concepts and fun experiences. While photobooths are great, they’ve kind of become a staple more than a wow-factor.
Just one thing to note: we don’t have a set catalogue of entertainment options and we customize every event. That means we can’t send you a full list with prices. If you'd like us to scout entertainment for your party, it's part of our planning fee. So we won't be able to give you detailed info or a quote until we've officially kicked off the project together.
